I'll be having a really easy contest *right here* next week for my birthday.
I had the weekend off, having turned in Book 2 before the weekend. I love book signings but it's really hard for me to make them during the week, especially with the mom thing and the dayjob. I feel really guilty about not making them when my friends are signing. Really guilty.
Kim Harrison, author of awesome was in town Saturday afternoon at Dark Delicacies in Burbank for a signing. Missy and I went out for it, because she's one of my all-time favorite authors. We made here these:
